Does anybody know if it is named after anyone? I know the lower parade field is Bill Joyce. Wasn't sure if the upper parade field had a dedication or anything.

Thanks,
-George

I don't know if the field is named for anyone, but there was a dedication plaque for Frank Escobar on the flagpole itself.
